Instructions
Rinse it well, pat completely dry, trim the stems, and cut into ½-inch (1.2 cm) pieces.

Place the okra in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle on garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned okra in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast at 450°F (230°C) for 15–18 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crisp on the edges.
Transfer to a plate and enjoy hot, or let cool slightly for a snackable treat.
