Instructions
Cut the tomatoes into medium-thick rounds.

In a container with a lid, add a layer of sliced tomatoes. Top with some red onion and a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Repeat the layers until everything is used.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, salt, paprika, vinegar, minced garlic, and black pepper.
