Ingredients

  • 1 small green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 large apple, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 3 green onions, sliced

For the dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ¾ tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, sugar, and black pepper until well combined.
