Tacos

Easy to make & so tasty!

Ingredients

– 1 14.5 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained – ½ cup salsa – ½ tsp. cumin powder – ⅓ tsp. salt – ¼ tsp. pepper – 8 corn tortillas – 1 small tomato, diced – ¾ cup guacamole or mashed avocado – 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Place the black beans, salsa, cumin, salt, and pepper into a small sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

Using a potato masher or a fork, mash the beans gently.

Using a non-stick skillet, heat the corn tortillas one-by-one over medium heat for about 30-45 seconds on each side.

Assemble the tacos.
