Zucchini Oil Salt & Pepper Chermoula Sauce
Make the Chermoula sauce
Cut the zucchini into 1 inch thick circles.
To a non-stick skillet, add the oil and place the zucchini circles in it. Season them with salt and pepper and fry over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes
Season the zucchini with salt and pepper again, reduce the heat to medium low, and cover with a lid. Cook them for 5-7 minutes
