– 1 head cauliflower– 4 tbsp. plant butter– 1 tsp. garlic powder– 1 tsp. paprika– 1 tsp. oregano– ½ tsp. cumin– ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes– ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes– ½ tsp. sea salt or to taste
Carefully, using two forks, submerge the cauliflower in a large pot of boiling, slightly salted water. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of the head.
Take the cauliflower out of the water and let cool just enough that you can handle it. Put the cauliflower on a baking sheet with the stem side up. Then take half of your spiced butter mixture and thoroughly cover the cauliflower as best you can.
