Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

– ¾ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight – 1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice – ¼ tsp. chili powder – ½ tsp. cumin powder – ½ tsp. paprika – ½ tsp. garlic powder – ¾ tsp. salt – ¼ cup nutritional yeast – 1 cup water

Place the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and spices in a food processor.

Heat over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, or until it's warm and has reached the desired consistency.
