Simple Roasted

– 1 ½ lb. broccoli – 2 tbsp. oil I used grapeseed oil – 2 tbsp. soy sauce – 1 tsp. agave syrup – 1 tsp. paprika – red pepper flakes to taste

In a small bowl, mix together the oil, soy sauce, agave, paprika, and red pepper flakes.

Place the broccoli onto a large non-stick baking sheet and pour the soy-sauce mixture over it. Using your hands mix everything nicely.

Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes until cooked through.
