Ingredients

Bulgur Chickpeas Cucumbers Bell Pepper  Onion HerbsThe Dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin powder.

Place bulgur into a bowl and add salt. Pour boiling water over it and wrap it with a saran wrap.

Make the dressing by shaking all of the dressing ingredients in a small jar

Add cucumbers, pepper, onion, parsley, and chives.

Pour the dressing on top and stir well
