Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

These Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They have the most delicious garlicky flavor that works with all kinds of dishes.


– 1 lb. Brussels sprouts – 1 tbsp. olive oil – ½ tsp. paprika – ½ tsp. garlic powder – ½ tsp. sea salt or to taste

Step 1

Trim the brussels sprouts, remove any dry leaves, and slice them lengthwise.

Step 2

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil and add a generous amount of salt. Add the brussels sprouts and and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and let them cool.

Step 3

Place the brussels sprouts into a bowl and add oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Mix gently using your hands.

Step 4

Arrange the Brussels sprouts on the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
