– 2 ½ cups blanched hazelnuts (see note)
– ⅓ cup cacao powder
– ½ cup maple syrup
– ½ tsp. vanilla extract
– 1 cup oat milk or other plant/nut milk of choice
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Place the hazelnuts on the sheet. Roast them for 12 to 15 minutes.
