Grilled  Zucchini Wrap

This Grilled Zucchini Wrap is so flavorful and is really easy to make. With charred zucchini slices, creamy hummus, and juicy vegetables, you are going to love this great wrap recipe.

Ingredients

1 medium zucchini 2 large tortillas 4 tbsp. hummus 2 handfuls mixed salad greens 6 cherry tomatoes ¼ tsp. salt or to taste

Step 1

Grill the zucchini for a few minutes on each side, until nice brown char marks appear. Set aside.

Step 2

Place the tortilla on a working surface and spread a generous amount (about 3-4 tablespoons) of hummus in the center.

Step 3

Place a layer of grilled zucchini right over the hummus. Top it with some greens, tomatoes, and season with salt. (You can add additional veggies of choice).

Step 4

Wrap the tortilla like a burrito and toast it on both sides in a pan or on the grill. Slice in in half and enjoy.
