Step 1

Dice the onions, celery, and parsley. Set them aside. Rinse the cooked and cooled beans and set them aside as well.

Step 2

Add the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper to a small mason jar. Shake well to fully incorporate the ingredients.

Step 3

Place the beans into a large bowl and add the chopped celery, onions, and parsley. Now drizzle the dressing on top and toss well until everything is coated. Serve.


Store any leftover Easy Three Bean Salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will last for 3-5 days.
