– 2 cups veggie broth
– 1 cup oat milk
– 1 cup orzo pasta
– 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
– 4 oz. baby spinach, roughly chopped
– ½ tsp. salt or to taste
– ¼ tsp. pepper or to taste
3. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and spinach. Keep cooking for about 3 minutes, until the spinach wilts down.
