Cauliflower Steaks

Easy to make & so tasty!


– Cauliflower – Vegan Mayo – Sriracha – Garlic – Salt

Cut the "steaks."

In a small bowl mix together the mayo, sriracha, and garlic.

Add about ¼ cup of water and salt into a large skillet. Add the cauliflower steaks. Cover with lid and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Remove the cauliflower steaks from the skillet and place them onto a baking sheet. Spread a generous amount of the spicy mayo on top and bake.
