Creamy Vegan Cauliflower Steaks

– 1 medium cauliflower heads – 3 tbsp. vegan mayo – ½ tbsp. sriracha – 2 garlic cloves, minced

Resting the cauliflower on the stem, use a large, sharp knife to trim away the sides, then cut the remaining head into 2 or 3 1-inch “steaks,” depending on the size of your cauliflower.

In a small bowl mix together the mayo, sriracha, and garlic.

Add about ¼ cup of water and salt into a large skillet. Bring to a gentle simmer, and add the cauliflower steaks.

Remove the cauliflower steaks from the skillet and place them onto a baking sheet. Spread a generous amount of the spicy mayo on top. Bake
