Pasta Sauce

Easy to make & so tasty!


– Carrots – Onion – Garlic – Olive Oil – Veggie Broth – Cashews – Miso Paste – Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes

Saute the diced onion in olive oil for about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the sliced carrots, cashews, and veggie broth. Bring it to a boil and cook, covered with a lid, for about 15-20 minutes.

Transfer everything to a blender, add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and miso paste and process until very smooth.

Mix the Carrot Pasta Sauce with the hot pasta of choice.
